Refund Policy for KDP Publishing Solutions

At KDP Publishing Solutions, we strive to provide the best services to our clients and ensure their satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes situations arise that may require refunds or adjustments. This refund policy is designed to clarify the circumstances under which a refund may be issued and the procedures for doing so.

Refund Eligibility:

  1. Service Discrepancies:
    If a client is dissatisfied with a service that does not meet the agreed-upon requirements or expectations, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If the matter cannot be resolved to the client’s satisfaction, a refund may be considered based on the circumstances.

  2. Request for Refund:
    All requests for a refund must be submitted within 30 days of the service being delivered. Requests outside of this period will not be considered unless under exceptional circumstances.

  3. Partial Refunds:
    If a project is partially completed and the client requests a refund, a partial refund may be issued based on the scope of work completed. The refund amount will be calculated based on the services rendered up to the point of the refund request.

Refund Process:

  1. Request Submission:
    Clients should contact us via email at [email protected] to submit a refund request. The request should include a clear explanation of the reason for the refund, relevant project details, and any supporting documentation.

  2. Review of Request:
    Upon receiving the refund request, our team will review the situation and determine the eligibility of the refund. We may request further information or clarification from the client during this process.

  3. Refund Decision:
    Once the review is completed, we will inform the client of our decision. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.

Exclusions from Refunds:

  • Change of Mind: If a client simply changes their mind or decides not to proceed with the project after it has begun, a refund will not be issued.

  • Service Modifications: If the client requests changes or modifications to the initial project scope after the work has begun, additional charges may apply, and refunds will not be granted for those additional charges.

Additional Terms:

  • No Refund on Digital Products: For services related to digital content (e.g., website design, eBooks, etc.), no refunds will be issued once the product is delivered, as the product is deemed consumed upon delivery.

  • Refund Approval: Refunds are issued at the discretion of KDP Publishing Solutions and are subject to the terms outlined above.

KDP Publishing Solutions reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email or posted on our website.
